to similar facilities in Artesia, N.M. Hollyt Energy Partners paid $34.2 million in an all-cash transaction for the pipeline aftedr finacing the acquisition through a revolvingcrediy facility. In addition to the pipeline itself, Holly Energy has spent $7.9 millioh for pipeline infrastructure improvementsbetween Holly's Lovington and Artesiaz refining facilities. “We are pleased that Holly Energg was able to acquire another key logisticc assetfrom Holly," said Matt Clifton, chairman and CEO of Hollyh Corp. and Holly Energy. "This pipeline will support expander volumes from the recent Navaj Refinery expansion and contribute additionap revenues forHolly Energy.
” Both Holly Energy and Hollh Corp. are headquartered in Dallas. Holly Energy provideds petroleum and crude oil transportation andstoragew services. Holly Corp., which has a 41 perceng ownership interest inHolly Energy, is an independent oil refiner and marketingg company.
