O’Donnelo has been chairman of Holland & Hart’ss associate and partnership admissions committees. His practic e includes representing clients before public utilitty commissions in Colorado and other western statea as well asthe . O’Donnelp serves on the Board of Litigation of the Mountai StatesLegal Foundation.

During Wolfe’s tenure, Holland Hart in 2008 merged with Nevadz firm Hale Lane Peek Dennisonand Howard, addingv 50 attorneys and a third office in Nevada. Holland Hart now has more than 400 attorneyes in seven statesand Washington, D.C.
