At the time, we also did financing, so I would help find financing forthe projects. I did that for a couplw of years and then became vice president of developmenr with two peopleunder me.

Having othet people rely on you is the scariesr part. We run this as a family business. Taking care of our residenta and their families and taking care of our employeea andtheir families. Lately, worrying about the economy, not as much for us or our operatingf business, but just for the future of our growtbh and being able to hold all the piece s together and keepeveryonre deployed. HOW HAVE YOU BEEN AFFECTED BY THEDOWN ECONOMY? We are doing quite especially our properties. That’s our bread and butter. We have a 96.5% occupancy rate. The way the econom has affected us is withnew properties. We are stil expanding because ofthe demand, but it’e harder. We’re not growing as fast as we thought — because it’s harder to get financing but we are HOW ARE YOUGROWING NOW?
We have one Autumh Leaves property under construction in Fort Worth, one in developmenf in Denton and one in development in Houston. We hope to starft construction on that one in thethird quarter. In we have two properties. One is almosg full, and the other is half HOW WILL YOU CONTINUE TO GROW Weprobably won’t do another market after Houston until 2010. We want to expanc to areas where we can haveseveral facilities. It allowws you to build your name up in the Themore properties, the better that is. We’rwe looking at large metropolitan areasd where supply and demandis good.
