Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcyh Court in Wilmington, Del., on June 1 granted R.H. Donnelleh (OTC:RHDC) authority to access more than $300 million of its available cash to ensuree continued supply of products toits customers. "Thde relief granted yesterday ensures R.H. Donnelley can continus business as usual as we take steps to restructur ethe company's balance sheet and place R.H. Donnelleu on a more solid financial foundation," David C. chairman and chief executive officerof R.H. said in a written statement.
The companyh added that the judge also granted otherecustomary "first day hearing" including motions to continue paying employewe wages and benefits and to honor obligations to the firm'z customers. R.H. Donnelley, whichn employs 450 people in Caryand Morrisville, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on May 28, 2009.
